I’ve been coming to Bustani Plant Farm for over five years, and I can honestly say it’s the best nursery/greenhouse in the area—better than anywhere I’ve found in Edmond, Oklahoma City, Yukon, or Piedmont. No other nursery compares. What makes Bustani so special is that many of their plants have been tested in their own gardens and in Oklahoma soil, so you know they can handle our brutal summers, cold winters, and everything in between. I’ve bought many plants here over the years, and they’ve all performed beautifully, just as promised. One of my favorite things about Bustani is their display gardens, especially in the fall—they are absolutely breathtaking. It’s so inspiring to walk through and see mature versions of the plants they sell growing together in real garden settings. Being able to see how plants actually look and perform in the landscape, especially in Oklahoma conditions, is incredibly helpful and honestly just so cool. Their backyard gardens alone are worth the visit. Steve, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate—you can tell this is truly his life’s work. My favorite place to buy plants. Im a terrible gardener (not for lack of trying). The plants here are resilient. All the plants I bought previously have started to come back with minimal effort. 🥰

This was my first time stopping into this nursery, even though I’ve lived in the area for a few years—and I’m so glad I finally did! I was immediately blown away by the stunning selection of healthy, thriving plants, all clearly well-adjusted to Oklahoma weather. I’ve had mixed experiences with other nurseries around here, especially when it comes to plants being mislabeled for full sun when they really can’t handle our Oklahoma heat. That was not the case here. Every plant was accurately labeled with proper care and sunlight conditions specific to our region, which gave me confidence in what I was buying. I purchased a modest amount to test things out, expecting the usual transplant shock for a few days. To my surprise, the plants didn’t skip a beat. They took to the soil right away and have absolutely thrived—even with all the recent rain and unpredictable weather. Many are already blooming again, just as the staff said they would. This has been, hands down, the best plant-buying experience I’ve had in the area. I’ll absolutely be back!

Hard to find plants that thrive in Oklahoma at a reasonable price! Just the type of plant nursery I was looking for!

Have been here multiple times over the last couple of years. I love their selection of native Oklahoma plants.. Great place to shop!
